Nosherwan Kayani is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of academic excellence and frontline leadership. Holding an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, he has served as an Operations Manager for multiple companies, where he refined his expertise in compliance, onboarding, leadership, and workforce development.
Beyond management, Nosherwan has extensive frontline supervision experience, including his role as Supervisor for the TransMountain pipeline expansion from Alberta to British Columbia, Imperial Oil, Shell Scotford and Enbridge. These high-profile assignments demanded discipline, risk management, and the ability to lead diverse teams in complex environments.
As an accredited Alberta Basic Security Training (ABST) instructor, Nosherwan now channels his knowledge into empowering newcomers and students. His scenario-based training ensures students not only pass exams but also earn employer trust and succeed in real-world security roles.
Nosherwan brings his extensive experience in leadership and management, displaying excellence in both over his varied career. He brings his depth of experience in leadership roles to the students at Skills Tune Up, empowering them for their future careers with real-world scenarios and meaningful training experiences.
