Student Terms and Conditions-November 2025

Below are the terms and conditions that you must agree before you can proceed to making a payment and enroll in training. Should you have any questions, send your question to: info@skillstuneup.com

New Field New Field A Canadian citizen or legally entitled to work in Canada

New Field New Field Competent and of good character

New Field New Field Have no serious criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted

New Field New Field Have no outstanding criminal charges

New Field New Field Not the subject of a criminal investigation

New Field New Field Fluent in speaking English (minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5)

New Field New Field Agree to have personal contact information and email address reported to the Alberta Government for administrative and reporting purposes

New Field New Field Committed to attending in-person all scheduled classes and the proctor supervised exam

New Field New Field No refund will be offered or provided by SkillsTuneUp Inc. if there is late arrival or absence

New Field New Field Agree to being video recorded during training for the purpose of evaluating training by instructors

New Field New Field Agree that disrespectful conduct and disruptive behavior shown towards fellow students and/or instructors are grounds for expulsion

New Field New Field Agree to allow SkillsTuneUp Inc. to cancel classes in the event of insufficient student enrolment
