David Dubnyk
Dave retired from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2020 after a 30-year policing career. During his career, Dave worked in a variety of investigative and leadership roles in small, large, and indigenous communities throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
When Dave transferred to Alberta, he joined the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team (A.L.E.R.T), first as the Corporate Services Officer, then as the Officer in Charge of the Regional Investigative Teams. In these roles, Dave oversaw some of the provinces most complex and sophisticated investigations involving drugs and organized crime, child exploitation and high-risk domestic violence.
Dave subsequently accepted the role of Contract Policing Officer for Alberta. As part of the RCMP’s Senior Management Team, he oversaw all core policing activities for the province, ensuring full compliance with Provincial Policing Standards.
Throughout his career, Dave was recognized for his integrity, values, employee development, and workplace fairness.
Dave has extensive experience in security consulting services, most recently for a multibillion-dollar energy project. Additionally, Dave is a licensed Private Investigator in Alberta and British Columbia, specializing in workplace and regulatory investigations.

Nosh is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of academic excellence and frontline leadership. Holding an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, he has served as an Operations Manager for multiple companies, where he refined his expertise in compliance, onboarding, and workforce development.

Government Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be aged 18+
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Have English proficiency (CLB 5 or higher)
- Have no criminal record or ongoing investigations
- Complete training and pass final exam (80%+)
After You Pass
- We will help you submit your provincial license application
- You will receive a certificate of completion
- Free review class within 2 years after graduation
