1. Access to Technology

All training for this course is delivered virtually. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Mobile devices are not recommended for the full instructional experience.

2. Personal Attendance and Exam Eligibility

Only the individual registered under their own legal name who personally attends the training sessions is authorized to sit for the ABST examination.

No substitutions: Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual.

Verification: Attendance will be monitored to ensure eligibility for the final exam.

3. Video Recording Consent

To maintain our high standards of training, sessions may be recorded. By participating, you provide your irrevocable consent to your attendance and participation being recorded for evaluation of instruction purposes.

4. Conduct and Expulsion

SkillsTuneUp Inc. maintains a professional and inclusive learning environment. We hold a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Disrespectful behavior toward instructors.
• Disruptive behavior toward fellow students.
• Any form of harassment. Grounds for Expulsion: Any student found in violation of these standards is subject to immediate expulsion from the training without a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

All payments for this training are non-refundable.

Exception: A refund may only be issued at the sole discretion of SkillsTuneUp Inc. in the event of insufficient student enrollment for a specific session.

6. Absence and Late Policy

Your presence is vital to the completion of the course requirements.

No Refunds for Absence: No refund shall be provided if you are absent from any portion of the training.

Lateness: Arriving late may result in a loss of credit for the session and does not entitle the participant to a refund.
